Before you go worrying about the Mobo, you might try backing off the cpu speed down to 400. The difference in speed likely won't be all that noticeable, and I've found in the past, with variable ratio cpus, that even a 1 or 2 mHz difference in bus speed can cause random freezes. The issues appear to be caused by cache and/or ram timing, but, as Robert points out, overclocking is akin to russian roulette.
