I have a Power Center 150 with a 150mHz processor(of course), and a 512k cache SIMM (336mb RAM, OS8.6). I have the opportunity to buy the following:
Original 604e 225MHz daughtercard, pulled from a PowerTower Pro 225. Original 1MB L2 cache, pulled from same PowerTower Pro 225. (Seller is asking $20 for CPU and $20 for cache, or $35 for both) Any problem with these working in my Power Center? Will I see a significant speed boost?
