Yes, I have tried with extensions off.  It really acts like an extension conflict so
you would think turning them off would help but it doesn't. And as I stated, I have
tried drivers from Apple, FWB and Intech.  Conflict Catcher is something that I usually
can't live without, but it wasn't any help this time.  I have the updates you mentioned
and as I wrote in my first post I have tried 9.04, 9.1, 9.2.1 and 9.22.  I'm looking
for something that I haven't tried.  I didn't think it would help but out of
frustration I did clear the parameter RAM and reset with the CUDA.
