Thanks, Tom, but I don't have a DiskTools floppy. How/where can I get/make one?
Sorry to say that after having successfully booted this computer with its new clock battery installed last Friday and then letting it sit overnight to get charged up, it still doesn't like to boot. It took twenty tries the last time. I leave it on all the time now just hoping I don't need to restart it again. Bob C. > > I can't guarantee this will work, but try booting from a DiskTools floppy. > A floppy with a minimal 7.1 system on it should boot your computer. Once > it boots from there, try using the Startup Control Panel (from your HD if > it's on the desktop), or reboot resetting PRAM again. > > _________ > | homas > > Thomas A.
