I have a Power Tower Pro, Original 604E with all sorts of cards and drives and memory
on it. Same problem. Cold boot, works like a champ. 3 finger..and it hangs.
I have tried, swap out memory, I have tried various boot drives on both internal and
external bus, I have tried full PRAM reset (pull battery over nite). I have tried
various operating systems from 8.6- 9.1 ....and it still exhibits this. I figure its a
problem basic to something in Power motherboards. BTW I have 2 PTPs and I have noted
this on BOTH of them again in several various configurations.....
