I'm writing this on a PCP240MT with a Sonnet 500 G3, thats been in this thing since the Sonnet Board was introduced. No problem. Also like the suggestion you do a clean install of the OS. ALWAYS suspect the S/W. I have found very few of my problems were hardware. Like unto 1/10 of the time. Reading Mark Willan's suggestion brings up another item you may have neglected in the board installation proceedure. Did you remove the Cache Dimm, like the instructions mandated?
