I posted some questions recently concerning a Power Center Pro 210 I picked
up to play with. It will not chime on start up consistently and I get no
video out to a monitor. The ram it has in it is known to be good. The fan
works as well. I used a good pram battery as well as reset the cuda button.

Now for the update. I pulled the riser card out of it and tested it in a
Powerbase 200 I have and it is good. The processor heats up when I leave it
on for a time. So I assume power is getting to it. Would that indicate it
is most likely good? That would narrow it down to the rom simm or
motherboard. What are the signs of a bad rom simm? I think problem lies
in the motherboard. Anyone out there have one they are looking to get rid
of?

Thanks.

John
