Guys, This is a bit off-topic but I was wondering if anyone could help. I ordered thru a relative (living in the US) with an active PayPal account a G3-400 cpu and a PB3400 keypad from a reseller with whom I have had satisfactory transactions in the past. Only this time payment was made via PayPal. It has been 6 weeks since the order was made and we know funds were debited from my relative's bank account, but the order has yet to be filled and shipped. Our emails and phone calls have been largely ignored. What should we do next?
