I'm surprised than nobody mentioned the Kensington TurboMouse. I find it much more comfortable than any "regular mouse". A recently purchased MS Trackball Optical is sidelined as its funcions all seem just the opposite of what I'm used to but it does have the scroll wheel, combined with a programable button and 4 more buttons. I resised going with anything Microsoft but didn't have much choice when redeeming a Circuit City gift card.
