Does the perfect mouse (and pad) exist?

IMHO, the perfect mouse is a 4 x 5 wacom graphire2 tablet (you would need a USB port to use it, PCI add-on cards are okay) with a wireless mouse and wireless pen. The mouse has 3 buttons, scrolls, is totally programmable, doesn't need to charge (the pad gets its power from the USB connection; the mouse doesn't need a battery. And, hey, it's only about $90.
