Glen I have bought ram from DMS since 1997- they exchanged the original ( 2x64mg) when the original ram failed to work with the new ram I bought from them, " at no cost" they mailed 2 new 64 mb chips to me and told me to mail the original ram back to them. Have also bought ram for StarMax ; Power Tower Pro's 9600 mac ; dual 500mhz mac's; dual 1.25 mac's and 17' Power Book- they really stand behind all that they sell. NO i do not work for them- just a very satisfied customer. My PTP = G4 800, 1 Gig of ram , Radeon 7000 , siig controller with 3 HD = 350 Gig of storage.
