Are you using the FWB driver, or the Intech CD/DVD Speedtools?

If the former, I think an argument could be made that you're legally
entitled to a copy since the machines came with it.

Currently, neither.

I bought the FWB driver download and found it totally useless - it did not
support my (then) new Yamaha CDR/W. In fact I found the hardware support
extemely limited. Then I downloaded a trial copy of CD/DVD Speedtools and
found that it worked beutifully - until the trial period ran out. In the
meantime, I finally did get the Yamaha/Toast driver, that shipped with the
CDR/W to work. But if I ever need to get a driver, Intech is the place to
go. BTW: as far as I can tell, Intech is Mac only!
