Where can i find one that's not 86 GB and costs $789.00. Prefer Seagate or Lacie OR "best of all" an IBM. The one in my PTP is getting noisy and the picture on the monitor is getting shaky. I'm backing everything up, but it's got me nervous. Need another one for my highly modified PCP240.
eBay is a good suggestion. I have had good luck buying SCSI drives from Surplus Computers http://www.softwareandstuff.com/hdwstorage.html You'll probably need an adapter as most are 68 or 80 pin, but those are inexpensive and work fine. My PTP has two of 36.7 GB units in it with 68-50 pin adapters and it runs just fine.
