But, you are correct. It does have an internal SCSI connection to the ribbon cable.
It doesn't matter, I'm setting this unit up for a computer illiterate friend that is retired and had a quad bypass. I have an Apple 16" monitor, which is the largest you can use on these without a video card.
The feller I bought this from on ebay, had used this as a server in his music business. I had to desolder the pins, that were fixed together on the adb cable, enabling it too reboot should it go down for some reason.
