I had a PowerCenter running Panther with XpostFacto using a NewerTech G3 400MHz.
You will need a G3/4 card to run Jaguar or Panther but Xpostfacto will
make OS X work.

I would suggest Panther for OS X on an oldworld Mac because Panther
runs faster than Jag and your Mac clone needs all the help it can get.

If you don't go to OS X at least upgrade to OS 9xx, it's much better than 7.6.
