Michael and all, I am a little confused on what I should be doing to upgrade my PTP225 to OS 9.1. I have the grey CD and a newly formatted hard disk (2.0GB). I tried putting the CD in the CD-ROM drive and holding the C key to bot from the CD. Nothing happened. I was able to reboot to the current OS7.5.3.
Do I need to prepare the CD and HD with third party drivers before I use the OS9.1 disk? I've read your note below a couple of times and am still confused. Can you help me by pointing out the steps to take to upgrade to OS9.1 with this hardware. I'd like to try the software solution first. Thanks for the help and sorry for being so dumb <g>.
