Hello, Michael's suggestion of external scsi hard drive sounds like the best solution to my problem. I forgot about the pile of scsi devices I have sitting in the back room, surely I can put together an external hard drive out of some of this stuff. So I'll try that before I ask any of you to send me ethernet cards. Thanks for all suggestions.
