Thanks Aaron:  Yes, I run just the browser when surfing and I've updated my 
Powerbase to the max ram, 160mb (new ram). I'm still trying to figure out 
whether upgrading the graphics card will help speed up my surfing, or if anyone 
has 
other suggestions.

Do you run more than just the browser when you're surfing? If so, have you 
tried adding more RAM?
