That being said 7.02 has works fine for me under 9.1 on a PowerWave with a PowerLogic G3.

Why can't you use Netscape 7.2 with OS 9.1? I've been using it with 9.1 for ages, first with the original 604e chip in my PC 150, and lately with a Sonnet G3 replacement (I see you have a G4). Admittedly I also installed an IDE 40GB drive with an ATA Controller. If you are still using the original SCSI 2GB drive, that may be your problem. OS X is fine, but there's nothing wrong with 9.1 or 9.2. I only use OS X on my new Powerbook. The old machine is still invaluable and they work well together.
