If memory serves, Otto is right. I didn't see the original pic, but the log
entries copied below are basically showing the transitions from "good" to
"unhealthy" state, reporting all the granular bits associated with that.

If it is a one time thing, it's probably a power blip or a kicked out cord.

Subject: Re: [Poweredgec-tools] C6220 PSU errors

Mike -

I don’t have a lot of experience with the 6220 - but I have some similar Dell
hardware (1950/2950/c1100/c6100), that I expect behaves in a similar fashion.

It looks like PSU1 lost input power - the cord was unplugged, or the circuit
tripped.

The configuration error is because the configuration of the PSUs does not match
the current running value.

The redundancy error happens when one of the power two supplies has one into an
error state.

Hi, Patrick.
I see your response earlier regarding the C6220 PSU mismatch errors from the
link below and we thank you for that. However, I believe our current FCB is
v1.25

We've just recently received these PSU errors. Could you please help shed some
light as I couldn't figure it out what they are and how to resolve it. The
User's Manual doesn't say much. So does it mean the PSU1 is bad and needed to
be replaced? Thanks a bunch!

PSU 1 Status: Power Supply sensor, Power Supply input lost (AC/DC) was asserted

PSU Mismatch: Power Supply sensor, Configuration error was asserted

PSU Redundancy: Power Supply sensor, Redundancy Lost was asserted
