I have been running PM on an Intel iMac (OS 10.4.6) for about a month.
I am reluctant to say anything, especially after reading other people's
issues, but PM has been quite stable. I do not leave it up and running,
and this may be the difference.

I have noticed greater memory usage with Rosetta applications over time,
almost as if there was a memory leak. For example, right now, with only
PowerMail running (along with the "usual" startup items), there are 84.2
MB of free memory (out of 1 GB). Seems a little sparse to me.

Regarding the sound issue--after waking from sleep, the first noise in
PM, whatever it should be, is silent. After that, the sounds are
normal. Very strange.

I would be curious to hear from other Intel users, but so far I would
not hesitate to recommend a move in that direction as a PM user.
