PM is definitely going take a while. One of my friends told me his application will take solid 8 month to rewrite everything from CodeWarrior to XCode, no productive aspect to it. On the other hand, the other friend of mine had to rewrite everything to implement his code to run on his DSP chip. He had to do clean coding from the scratch and he decided to do it in XCode instead of CodeWarrior. He was lucky to make that decision because he only needed to recompile when UB was announced, and of course he didn't know that was coming back then.
