Ben Kennedy sez: >I'm not paying apple the silly annual fee for dot-mac >services, so there is no automated way to sync the AAB.
<http://www.tnpi.biz/computing/mac/tips/idisk/> No syncing on that style yet. There is also: <http://www.mildmanneredindustries.com/mysync/index.html> Or you could just pay the "silly" fee and not have to program it all yourself or worry about beta software. I use .Mac for a lot of things. It isn't silly in the least and the price is competitive with other services (especially if you don't know a WebDAV config file from a pizza). I updated my .mac this year for $79 -- just over $6.50 a month, about the same I pay annually for my offbalance.com ISP. And with .Mac I don't have to program anything. Perfect for being lazy or if I didn't know anything at all. If you don't like it or don't think you'll use its services, then fine, but calling .Mac and annual fees silly sounds as if you think people are silly paying for something they might find useful, and it just rankles me. But have a great weekend anyway! :) -- Michael Lewis Off Balance Productions [EMAIL PROTECTED] www.offbalance.com
