No; to make a filter that catches HTML messages, uses the [content type]
[contains] [HTML part].

Not an elegant solution, but you can make a filter that adds a prefix to
the subject, apply this filter to the selected messages, then search for
this prefix subject. Finally, change the filter to remove the prefix.
