Sorry, I got it. I thought all I had to do was drop the key on the icon and it would do the rest. I didn't realize that I had to type in the registration code myself. The directions didn't say that, and I incorrectly assumed that it was for my records. (I also learned not to choose 'Reply to All'--sorry about the duplication) It works! Thanks to all.
