Welcome to the list! This is a great group, and a friendly one too! As you discovered, CTM does monitor this list, and often they will chime in when they have something to say. However there is no guarantee of this, so when you really want to talk to CTM you should send email to PowerMail support <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. In your case, CTM replied to the list to say that they would look into your problem, so (in theory) we all knew it was being taken care of.
