If EtherReal can't filter on port, then use Net Tool Box. One idea to
limit further is to see if you can access one account with these problems
over a different port. Then filter on that port only, which will be very
little data compared to all POP accounts on port 110.

I access my accounts via SSH Tunnel, allowing me to change any account in
PowerMail to its own port. It also gives me secure email, server to
client anyway, without SSL.
