Dave,

Was PM running when you copied the database? If so, you were copying an
open file, which can lead to bad things happening (even a Photoshop file).

And just to stop the flame from starting, let's not get into a debate
about how a database should be open or closed or safe to copy when the
app is accessing it. Let's deal with how it *is*, not how some theory
says it ought to be.
