The problem is more harsh than that. Many people may very well not take the time to be confused of lack of response, they rather just move on. There are people on this list that are just "looking" and contemplating Powermail as something for them. Is it in CTM's and ours interest if they do move on? I don't think so. So an explanation also on the questions Jay asked wouldn't hurt, really. Even if things can't be perfect, they can improve one step at a time. I think it's something to inspired by as the idea to calmy improve things even if they do seem alright on the surface can open up for creativity and evolution.
