The thing with PowerMail is that it makes me think on my actual messages, rather than using the application. This is the main attraction as far as I'm concerned. Very seldom do I feel disturbed in that process, so if CTM can solve those few problems many of use do have step by step I really think "the look" will continue to work, with perhaps just few minor improvements in a few places.
