Here's one...
I often work late, or weird hours. But I really don't want my clients to
know I'm working then, because they'll start to think they can contact me
then... which is often the entire benefit of working said off hours -
it's quiet.
PM allows for mail schedules, but only recurring, revolving ones. I'd
really love the ability to set up a Morning Mail Call schedule that, say,
just sends anything in the Out Box at a predefined set time. Or a Last
Call Before Backup, or an overnight call to pull in the volumes of mail
that I know will show up from the lists I'm on. But none of these things
are on interval, they're on set time. (I know my backup happens at 1am. I
know I want to send mail at 8:30am. etc.)
The current schedules can only do something every <<interval>>, not at
<<specified time>>. It'd be a huge productivity tool for me, to be able
to schedule things on time.
Anyone else? Is it just me?
