I want threading, please. If you're on email lists, of course you can
make good use of proper threading (I'm on 30+). For now, I'd be happy for
better removal or ignoring of alternative prefixes and the like, that
makes PM not group these messages together from the start. That is very
bad behavior actually. "View only" may help a bit and I do have scripts
that works to some extent, but I wish for a better solution. Also,
perhaps subjectsorted lists with the second key being the send time
according to Internet time, not local time.
For really superduper proper threading with Email, don't you need both
mailing list software supporting this as well as all the email clients?
Is MacSOUP really doing such a good job with a wide assortment of mailing
lists?

On another note, I'm fed up with with posters on this list asking
individuals "not to ask too much" for specific features. I really feel
it's insulting, not only to the posters, but also towards CTM Dev. Do you
people that want to prevent others from asking for or wanting to discuss
what they believe are important features, really think that CTM will let
themselves be lured into supporting worthless features, just because more
than 25 (say) people asked for this on-list? I expect the analysis of CTM
to be more deep and intelligently managed than this pointless bashing
implies. Let us discuss and let CTM decide.

Let's keep this list for healthy feature suggestions and discussions in
addition to helping each other out. If you're not interested, state that
and let the discussion live its course. It's downright bad for a software
community to try and gag people and that is not a discussion climate I
want to support.

(If you comment on the latter part only, please make a new subjectline)
