I don't know how to do this but I do put scripts that are only called by
other scripts into a "Subroutines" folder and the AS menu will show the
name of this menu.

You may try putting the folder very deep, say nesting 5 or 6 layers deep.
It's possible the code making the menu won't go that deep. It didn't used
to go more than 5 layers, but I imagine Apple fixed that. ;-)
