It happens to everyone who uses Power Mail in our offices. Maybe because
we're using a client/server version of Retrospect.

Anyway, for people who are seeing a slowdown in Power Mail, try quitting
and relaunching to see if this fixes the problem.

Another suggestion is to turn off Norton Autoprotect if you're using it.
I wouldn't be surprised if this causes similar problems. It causes file-
related problems for many other programs (I don't use it, but it's a
support issue for us and for other companies).
