Hi Chris,
 Yes the filing of outgoing messages still leaves some to be desired. IT
would be really great if CTM would include a "File in" menu at the top of
the toolbar on outgoing messages, or add "file in..." to the command-
click. But since they haven't, you have only 2 ways to do it which are
not immediately obvious. Before doing either of the below, you should
undo whatever is auto-filing your outgoing messages in the wrong place
already. 

 1) After sending, open the out tray & drag the message to the folder you
want it on. 
OR 
 2) Make a Mail Filter that operates on outgoing messages to file them
where you want them. This assumes that they are all going to a "sent"
folder, or that you can easily define exact rules of what should go where.
