I hope you will really look into some buggy features which make your
software different from others:

The multilingual features

The database export

As for the multilingual features, I don't really understand what the
problem is. I get garbage for about 50% of my Chinese BIG5 email. The
encoding guessing just doesn't work properly.

If I open the same mails using Squirrel Mail (the webmail software my
host Dreamhost uses) I can read everything: no garbage. It's just a
total mystery to me trying to figure out what happens as Powermail
deals with that mail.

As for the database export: you should find a way to clean up the
html tags during the export. In my case (I am a teacher and my
students send me home work) I receive mail from TW.Yahoo or Hotmail
and other webmail systems, I can't understand why the html code
appears or disappears randomly, making it impossible to find an error
reason. Not every message I get from Tw.Yahoo keeps the html code,
and whether or not the sender has a free or paying account, makes no
difference. As you might know paying Yahoo account holders can use
their favorite email software, while free account only allow webmail.

The second problem as soon as I convert Chinese encoded mail it
becomes unreadable garbage. As once suggested, before exporting I
change my preferences to Traditional Chinese, reboot totally and
export. While everything is in Chinese, still I get garbage during
the conversion.

These are the features I wish you would improve, after all I bought
this sofware because it promised true multilingal support and the
abitily to export to database.
