I would very much like to have signature management. Basically, you add a field in the Address Book record format that would contain the preferred signature for a given recipient, exactly in the same way you can choose the preferred encoding format. This would be far faster than using a filtering scheme or Applescripts.
I mention the filters as I've been told that filters now work on outgoing messages BEFORE they are sent. I looked and could not find a signature filter option.
