Also: MailMan on OS X. This is a mailing list manager (PostFix is an SMTP
server). These are Unix programs which come with OS X Server. They can
also be installed on client versions of OS X if you know what you're
doing. I don't think you need PostFix to run MailMan.

MailMan has a Web interface.
