Kathleen, I had a similar situation and got no answer. It all happened after I had serious problems sending mail, and eventually quit PowerMail, did all the rebuilds, reset all the preferences. Then, I had 3 Setup Databases, all with the same date, time and size. After waiting for an answer and using PowerMail for a month, I noticed that only one had a current date. I trashed the others and haven't noticed any problems in the week since.
