PM downloads only from what is in the inbox. [That isn't actually a problem with PM, it is the way most mail servers work that have web access.] Move anything you want to download into inbox [either in Mail or in your browser] and PM will download it. You can either move one folder at a time so you know where you want it to go, or you can let PM filter it all. When moving by drag and drop in mail app holding the control key will copy the mail. I just tried this to make sure: I have a bunch of mail in my .mac inbox that has been there for a while. I copied a mail from my "orders" folder in .mac mail to my inbox. PM downloaded ONLY that one e-mail. You might get duplicates but that is the only drawback I've found. For instance, that e-mail I was just talking about was already in PM from when I first downloaded it and this put another copy in PM. -- Barbara Needham
