I would hope that if CTM were using MailSword that they would send an announcement out to the whole mailing list; but that really wouldn't make any sense since they approve the people on the mailing list in the first place. Perhaps they are using it for their other mail and it accidentally gets sent to the mailing list; in any case if it truly were meant to be sent it would have the user name, not just the variable. -- Barbara Needham
