I have the same problem, on one computer but not on another, and have never figured out what is going on. The two computers are set up nearly identically. For the one (Powerbook) on which cmd-ctrl-R doesn't work, I have installed PowerMail 5 and reinstalled 10.3.3 and have not fixed the problem. cmd-ctrl-B works fine on both compus. Very strange. Perhaps it is a corrupted preference file somewhere?
