Recent Window keystroke

At some point, while using 4.12, I was no longer able to use the Cmd-
Ctrl-R keystroke to bring up my Recent Mail window.  Figured this would
fix itself when I upgraded to v5, but no such luck.  Anybody know how I
can restore this function?
