...more specifically, it appears to exclude any actions which contain multiple comma-separated URLs in the header. For example, I was subscribed to the proftpd announce list; here are the List-* headers from such mailings:
List-Unsubscribe: <https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/proftp- announce>, <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> List-Id: ProFTPD Announce list <proftp-announce.lists.sourceforge.net> List-Post: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> List-Help: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> List-Subscribe: <https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/proftp- announce>, <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> List-Archive: <http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum=proftp- announce> However the list actions pop-up that appears at the bottom of such messages only included List-Post, List-Help, and List-Archive.
