Is this being put into SpamSieve itself? Perhaps you should go to SpamSieve's website and enter it there? If you are entering this into a website, try a different web browser. I've noticed sometimes I have to use one browser or another at a site in order for their shopping carts to work properly. I'm just making a suggestion here, but I have no real knowledge as I haven't yet bought the PM5 upgrade.
