It was prudent of CapitalOne to flag the account for suspicious activity,
esp. w/so much identity theft going on. However, after the card holder
confirms the charge is valid, the account should have been immediately
released.

It's a shame, they used to be the best (that I could find anyway). Now,
they are raising my rate to 18%, adding fees and customer service has
gone down hill. Hard to justify when I can get a competitors card at 0%
for 12 months and 8% fixed thereafter, and their customer service can't
be any worse.

I'm just waiting for my new card to arrive so I can close my final
CapitalOne account.
