If it hasn't already been said, those icons on the toolbar just don't present a good impression for a mail client that fits so broad a user and feature base.
I have seen comments on the Reply/Redirect/Forward icons: 1) they look unfinished 2) they don't match the others. The Send "postmark" was one I initially raised: 1) it isn't strong, 2) it doesn't go with the others. The Address Book icon is the same as for the Apple AB giving one the impression that this action will call this AB. I have seen some apps that all a Pref to toggle. That would work. (BTW: I like the concept of the fly and smiley face for Junk/spam.) I am confident that CTMDEV has its priorities as far as bugs and functiionality, but folks, making the toolbar icons consistent and strong would really make PowerMail 5.0 shine. My $0.02 worth. Bob Oh, almost forgot. I haven't played with resourcce editing in OS X. I used to do it quit a bit in Classic. I assume, if you can, that one could create his/her own.
