Only use smtp.aol.com when aol is your internet service provider. For example, my Internet connection is provided by Covad. Therefore, my Outgoing SMTP Server is smtp.covad.net -- NOT smtp.aol.com. With that setting, I can send and receive just fine using PowerMail and my AOL account. Richard Hart
