Actually, that very thing happened in the 1st movie.

On to the techie stuff:

B64 = Base 64 encoding.  Stuffit should decode it, along with utilities
as "ya-base64" and "MPack".  Be careful with the more obscure apps. 
Quite a few of these obscure decoders are old and are probably not OS X savvy.
