You have seen the answers as to why you don't see your different mailboxes as you would in the application Mail, for instance. However, you CAN export each folder individually if you like. You just go to File, Database, Export and choose export "selected mail folder." If you export to "OS X Mail or Unix mailbox" then you will get the sort of folder you probably have been looking for. Which can then be IMPORTED into your main PM file. I don't know how to sync so you don't get duplicated messages, but the exporting and importing process is fairly easy, I just went through it. I did find that in importing individual folders I had to reindex periodically. -- Barbara Needham
